Body Plan - 2009

As most people know I love going to the gym, working out and just generally chilling when im over there (by chilling I mean listening to my iPod or reading a book on the bikes)

I started the gym about 6/7weeks ago now - and have noticed a slight improvement in my fitness, my eating and ofcourse my body :) (I now have pecs and a 6pack...be what it may, its under a bit of fat, but still - ITS THERE :p )

anyway, this is my general body plan for 2009 (what I want my body to be like for summer ... I know for afact I can achieve it, what with me already sticking to a strict diet of water...which I lost 5stone on thank you very much) - there will be pictures of me included (all my hotness)

so, the plan for this year - is to lower my bodyfat, while at the same time gaining BMI (losing fat, gaining muscle...and burning off unwanted calories) as of date, since I started at the gym, I have lost 1% bodyfat and gained weight (not sure how much)

the picture on the right shows what I shall look like - at around summer time, if I stick to a hardcore regime (like the one I am on atm) and dont pussy out with the weights/cardio ^_^

Now, I could go with the look shown to the right (which looks really athletic aswell as strong)


OR

I could go with a look which just yells out mantastic (and some may say OTT...i think personally it is a bit OTT myself but meh...to show - I shall post a picture of results that have been carefully processed and scientifically put to the test! )


These are said results - as you can see the computer, cross examined my body with arnold's body...giving a seemless picture - that just screams "DO ME"


personally, I dont really like this look, it seems a bit too - steroids....for me

but im still not sure what I want to do, its gonna be doing my headin for the rest of the year probably...

hopefully i'll just get to what I want (even though I dont know what I want yet....if that makes any sense at all)
